Introducing our very first Working Bee! 🐝

Are you feeling inspired to take action but don't know where to start? Or are you a seasoned activist in need of a place to recharge your batteries? Whether you're brand new, or you've been a busy bee in the movement for a long time, this is the space for you. 

You're invited to join Go Beyond Gas activists at the CCWA office on Friday 31st January from 12:30pm-4:30pm to co-work, collaborate, and connect. 

Drop in anytime in between those hours for as long as you like. 

The working bee will be a hive of activity that can include:

• Having chats and getting to know fellow volunteers
• Drinking lots of tea! 
• Writing your personal narrative and receiving support to edit it. 
• Working on campaign tactics that inspire you + get support from others to bring your vision to life. 
• Events support
  • Calling supporters to boost event numbers and have climate conversations.
  • Preparing signs for actions
  • Helping with data entry
  • Sending postcards to Ministers
• Or you can just come hang out! :) 

It's up to you how you would like to spend this time! 

Chai and other tea/coffee options will be provided. BYO lunch if you are hungry or a plate to share if you are in a sharing mood.
